Purdon was engaged to provide comprehensive town planning services throughout the delivery of the WOVA development in Phillip, playing a key role in progressing the project through its planning approvals and delivery.
Purdon was responsible for a range of planning applications and amendments associated with the development. The applications were strategically separated in a manner to align with the construction program and enable excavation works to progress seamlessly.
The proposed development comprised a mixed-use residential development with integrated landscaping and amenity for residents and visitors.
