Purdon was engaged by Hindmarsh, on behalf of the Australian National University, to provide planning advice and assistance for works at University House, including what scope of their works required planning approval.
The site is Designated Land within the Australian National University Precinct under the National Capital Plan, where planning approval, via a Works Approval application, was required from the NCA. Various applications were submitted and approved between 2023 and 2025.
