Purdon was engaged by Denton Corker Marshall Architects, on behalf of the Canadian High Commission, to provide planning advice and assistance for the redevelopment of their embassy, fronting Commonwealth Avenue.
The site is located within the Central National Area and the Diplomatic Precinct under the National Capital Plan, where planning approval, via a Works Approval application, was required from the NCA.
