Purdon was engaged by CBR Industrial to provide the planning assistance required for the development of rezoning and subdivision at Lots 2&3, DP 1282459, 360A Lanyon Drive TRALEE NSW 2620 (North Tralee).

The work included a development application/modification for the industrial subdivision and configuration of the site. In addition to strategic planning submissions to QPRC in relation to the changes in zone.
