Quick Service Restaurant and EV Chargers (Goulburn)

Purdon was engaged by Voda Building Services on behalf of Southern Restaurants to provide the planning assistance required for the development of a Quick Service Restaurant at 179 Hume Street Goulburn 2580.
The works included in the DA include the construction of a new restaurant, outdoor seating, drive through, signage, new line marking and a new accessible car park. The proposed quick service restaurant is co-located with an existing KFC and a future Tesla charging car park.
In support of the DA Purdon presented a Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) that provides the context for assessment against the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, the Goulburn Mulwaree Local Environment Plan 2009 and the Goulburn Mulwaree Development Control Plan 2009.
Furthermore, Purdon provided Southern Restaurants with planning assistance required for the development of Tesla electric vehicle chargers/carparks co-located with the existing quick service restaurant and a proposed QSR within the lot. The proposal includes landscaping, 20 Tesla Chargers and an Electrical Substation.
