Garran Primary School Modernisation Project
JOSS CONSTRUCTION
Purdon was engaged by Joss construction to undertake a Territory Plan Variation, Development Application and Community Consultation services required for the Garran Primary School Modernisation project.
Joss Construction also engaged a Certifier to work with the Planner to determine elements of the proposal that might be exempt from Development Application (DA). If any items trigger a DA, then Purdon would be well placed to assist.
Purdon was uniquely positioned to deliver this project with our strong background understanding of the project, having been involved with the Territory Plan Variation on behalf of the ACT Education Directorate, including undertaking community consultation for this project. Due to Purdon’s understanding and familiarity with the site the initial fee for planning due diligence was waived.
