Purdon undertook the Development Applications for the park, Playground, associated BBQ and Amenities areas.
Purdon assessed whether parts of the proposal could be exempt under the Planning Act. Some items were considered to be DA exempt, whilst some structures triggered a DA.
The playground compliments the residential area providing play space with a variety of nature play, structured play, and incidental play elements to support cognitive, physical and social play. Proprietary play equipment has been selected to cater for toddlers (0–4 years), junior children (5-9) years, pre-teen (10–13 years) and teenagers (14–17 years).
