Purdon was engaged by Barwon Investment Partners to provide planning services required for the Development Application for redevelopment of the Calvary John James Hospital.

The DA was for the partial demolition of the northern wing of the hospital, alterations and additions including a new four-storey extension, signage, landscaping, upgrades to façade and associated works.

Conditional Approval was granted on 2 September 2025.
