Having served as Director-General of the Economic Development Directorate, CEO of the ACT Land Development Agency and Coordinator-General for Major Projects, David has played a pivotal role in shaping Canberra's growth through major land release, urban renewal and infrastructure initiatives.
Throughout his career, David has overseen the delivery of significant residential communities, government capital works and strategic development programs, including land releases generating approximately $4 billion in revenue for the Territory. His expertise spans economic development, property, procurement, investment and major project delivery, supported by an unparalleled network across government and industry.
