Taylor Local Centre

TONY PRATEZINA

Purdon was engaged to provide the design team with planning advice regarding the proposed mixed use commercial and residential development for the Taylor Local Centre, including provision for a supermarket, several cafés and retail offerings.

The design provided future residents’ convenient access to the retail and amenities available in the centre, access to nearby open space and immediate access to public transport, with a bus stop located along the site’s frontage to Robin Boyd Crescent.

Purdon then undertook the DA.
