Lachlan Taylor is a Development Manager at Purdon with experience delivering residential, mixed-use, commercial and community development projects across the ACT and NSW. He manages projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from feasibility and due diligence through to planning approvals, consultant coordination, procurement, financing and delivery, ensuring projects progress efficiently and achieve successful outcomes.

With qualifications in both property development and architecture, Lachlan combines strong commercial acumen with technical and planning expertise. He has extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, managing statutory approvals, stakeholder engagement, risk management and project programming. His integrated approach enables him to identify development opportunities, navigate complex approval pathways and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions for clients.
