The developments involved two applications, marketed as ”Ruby” and “Jade”.
The Ruby development comprises:
- 170 residential units
- Ground floor commercial uses
- One 18 storey tower and one 14 storey tower
- 3 levels of Podium parking plus 2 levels of basement parking
The Jade development comprises:
- 176 residential units
- Ground floor commercial uses
- 3 levels of basement parking
- 15 storey tower

PROJECT OUTCOMES
The building form contributes positively to the Gungahlin Town Centre. The variety of building heights tie in with the surrounding buildings and active street frontages have been incorporated into the design. The ground floors have been reserved for commercial use ensuring pedestrian activity within the precinct and adding to the range of amenities available to residents.
The planning approvals incorporated the initial DA lodgements, a series of amendments, lease variations, and encroachment licences.
