Urban Planning and Due Diligence Advice
Australian National University (ANU) sought advice on the the opportunities and constraints associated with a future student accommodation development within the Acton campus. Advice was required regarding statutory planning context, potential development opportunities, constraints, potential yield and likely approvals process and time frame.
Purdon Planning identified and addressed several key constraints as part of the construction of an 800-bed student accommodation development on part Block 1 Section 63 and/or part Block 1 Section 86 Acton.

- Identified all potential constraints to allow for best development opportunities
