BLOCK 2 SECTION 20 GUNGAHLIN (BURGMANN ANGLICAN SCHOOL)

Burgmann Anglican School, lessee of Block 2 Section 20 Gungahlin, has engaged Purdon Planning to undertake community consultation in relation to proposed works on the campus.

The works include construction of a new car park off Delma View Road. The car park will be accessible off both Delma View and the Valley Way and provide additional formalised car parking spaces.
The primary intent of the works is to improve safety for students and staff, reduce perceived safety risks and reduce the impact of traffic jams through improved site circulation.

The works are part of a broader Master Planning exercise and will be located beyond the Burgmann School boundary, in the reserve of Delma View. The intent is to purchase the portion of road reserve containing new car parking once a Territory Plan Variation has occurred.

Purdon Planning will be hosting a drop-in session at the school library and we will be displaying architectural plans for review, discussing the broader objectives of the school building works and also the process for approval and 
implementation.

You are welcome to attend at any time during the session outlined below to discuss the proposed development with representatives from Purdon Planning. The session will be held as follows:
