Block 2 Section 20 Gungahlin
Burgmann Anglican School, lessee of Block 2 Section 20 Gungahlin, has engaged Purdon Planning to undertake community consultation in relation to proposed works on the campus.
Block 1 Section 23 Forde
Purdon Planning are currently undertaking community consultation on behalf of Burgmann Anglican School Forde in relation to proposed works on the campus.
Block 7 Section 20 Braddon (42 Mort Street)
Purdon Planning are currently undertaking community consultation on behalf of Core Developments who are the Proponent of a development proposal at 42 Mort Street, Braddon (subject site).
Block 11 Section 12 Deakin (Croatia Deakin soccer club limited)
The Proposal
The Croatia Deakin Soccer Club Limited, located at 3 Grose Street, Deakin / Block 11 Section 12 Deakin, presently operates under a concessional Crown Lease.
A concessional lease is a lease which has been issued at a cost less than market value. These leases are often issued to Clubs, Associations and other community-based organisations to assist with delivery of a community benefit. They can also be used by the ACT Government to stimulate growth of a particular industry or organisation or to incentivise a particular activity. Because the ACT Government issue the leases at a rate below market value, the ACT Government maintains control over use of the site, including subletting. The ACT Government does this through clauses within the Crown Lease which restrict activities.
Block 1 Section 17 Watson (former Watson Service Station)
Monarch Building Solutions are proposing a mixed-use development at Block 1 Section 17 Watson (Corner of Gywnne, Windeyer and Burton Streets). The currently vacant site is located within the Watson Local Centre and was formerly used as a service station.
Block 18 Section 35 Deakin (177 Strickland Crescent)
Barwon Investments, lessee of Block 18 Section 35 Deakin (177 Strickland Crescent), has engaged Purdon Planning to undertake community consultation in relation to a proposed building refurbishment and extension at 177 Strickland Crescent, Deakin.

Block 1 Section 3 Symonston Crematorium and Memorial Park
Purdon Planning has been engaged by Whitby Group to manage the development application process, including consultation and associated preliminary advice, for a proposed development on Block 1 Section 3 Symonston.
The proposal is for the development of a crematoria, memorial park and funeral home at the corner of Mugga Lane and Narrabundah Lane. The funeral home is proposed to be approximately 2,000m².
Blocks 4 & 5 Section 38 Campbell
Proposal
Doma are proposing a residential development at Section 38 Campbell.
The site is national land and has access/egress to Limestone Avenue. The property has a common boundary (southern side) with Campbell High School and vacant Territory land to the north.

Block 6 Section 1 Dickson (Pavillion Hotel)
The lessee of the existing Pavilion Hotel (Block 6 Section 1 Dickson) is proposing to redevelop the hotel site to construct a mixed-use development comprising:

- 5 small retail/commercial units plus a gym
- 3 separate buildings each of 9 storeys plus a small building of 3 storeys

Rezoning of former Hawker Tennis Centre and adjoining blocks
Purdon Planning has been engaged by Regional Investments & Pelle Projects to prepare a Planning Report to support a proposed rezoning of Block 9, 10 and part 12 Section 3 Hawker.

Block 2 Section 57 Greenway
Purdon Planning has been engaged by Empire Global to undertake a stakeholder and community engagement process to ensure future development on Block 2 Section 57 (B2 S57) Greenway (Guilfoyle House) aligns with the community’s views, while maximising the benefits for the Town Centre.
