Harry is an Assistant Development Manager at Purdon, with experience supporting the planning, assessment and delivery of residential, mixed-use and tourism development projects across the ACT and NSW. He has contributed throughout the full development lifecycle, including due diligence, feasibility assessments, planning strategy, statutory approvals, consultant coordination and construction delivery.

With a background in building and construction management, Harry combines practical construction knowledge with development expertise to identify project opportunities, manage risks and support successful project outcomes. His experience includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, undertaking feasibility and economic analysis, assisting with approvals and supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Harry’s collaborative and detail-focused approach enables him to provide effective support to clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
