Dan Stewart is CEO and Head of Development Management at Purdon, bringing almost 30 years of experience delivering major development, urban renewal and infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors. He has led complex residential, mixed-use, commercial, tourism and government developments from feasibility and strategic planning through to approvals, construction and project delivery.

Dan is highly experienced in development management, statutory planning, business case development, feasibility analysis, economic modelling and project governance. He has held senior executive roles with Geocon and the ACT Government, leading landmark projects including the Kingston Arts Precinct, Republic Precinct and significant urban renewal initiatives. His expertise in navigating complex approval pathways, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering commercially successful outcomes makes him a trusted adviser on major development projects.
