Simunic Brothers No 3 Pty Ltd is proposing to lodge a DA for Stage 1 of a residential development at Block 2 Section 57 Greenway 

(Guilfoyle House, 305 Anketell Street, Greenway).

The Proposal

 (Stage 1; the development area) is to the east of the Guilfoyle House building over the existing hardstand car park, fronting Limburg Way. 

The residential development will comprise an 8 storey building of approximately 144 units. The building will include rooftop and ground level gardens and 2 levels of basement car parking.
